Premier Payment Solutions Limited (the “Firm”) trading as PPS money and MTBS was placed in Creditors Voluntary Liquidation (“Liquidation”) on 10 September 2026. Bai Cham and Gary Shankland of BTG Begbies Traynor have been appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Firm. Bai Cham and Gary Shankland are authorised to act as insolvency practitioners in the United Kingdom and are regulated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Insolvency Practitioners Association respectively.

The Firm has ceased to trade and can no longer provide payment or transaction services. The Liquidators will manage the orderly wind down of the Firm.

The Firm is registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”) as a small payments institution under the Payment Services Regulations 2017. Its Firm reference with FCA is 914814.
